Hey guys, I'm wondering what you guys think of our search page, do you like it as it is? Or... Did you prefer the Google one that displayed the most accurate results from other cordia sites including our own?   If you prefer the Google one, I can implement that into our site so it does not open results in a new window as it used to... Let me know what you prefer!  Appreciate the feedback!

I like the internal search better. The Google one used to piss me off. I searched for a post yesterday that was years old and managed to find it relatively quickly. Would have given up if I was using the Google search. I prefer it how it is now, especially since it's similar to the search function on vBulletin forums etc so it's easy to familiarise yourself with .

fair enough, I actually quite agree... There are a couple of things I can do to the search to make it more visually appealing and more accurate search results, but so far the results have been pretty good... but some alterations to the search config will enable it to display even better results... Some of the topics it finds are old topics that I haven't got around to updating (getting rid of the BBcode) but will gradually update those pages as time allows.   Cheers again guys!

Man i like how it is now, i can search through the site using the search type you have. Better than google.  d_nikiforides  is right, google shows up too much crap and takes a while to find what your exactly after.
