I have a lot of good working parts that i'm taking off my car.

95% of this engine bay is is up for grabs.

The fate of this car lies at the scrappers. I'll be using quite a few things from the interior and boot, but not all. So if you need anything just ask me. The car itself has done well in excess
of 300 000km's (odo stopped working at 280K). A few bits are still in good nick though. I'll be happy to post or send any pics. However the engine has only done around 60000k's. It's blowing smoke at idle so valve stem seals are shot.

I'll start with all the brand new bits that i'll now never use. All parts are for the 4G62 turbo SOHC.

2 sets of valve stem seals and 2 sets of rocker cover grommets - $10

All you need to redo your throttlebody. 2 throttle shaft seals, gasket, main o-ring, fuel line o-ring plus injector seals top and bottom. Plus workshop instructions on how-to - $30

Head gaskets x 2. The one on the left is perfect. The right one not so much as you can see. Probably makes it useless - $10 for both

Inlet manifold x 2 - $10 for both

Exhaust manifold x 2 - $20 for both

Gates secondary belt for balance shaft - $20

Front cover gasket x 2 - $10 for both

Sump gasket - $5

Rocker cover gasket x 2. One in packet, one not - $20 for both

Hypatec 0.50 oversize pistons. These are not forged items - $60

For some reason i have 3 sets of chrome rings. They are all standard size - $15 the lot. They can be used in the 4G37 engine as well.

Below are the parts that have come off the car.

10mm Magnecor spark plug leads. This is a good purchase if you plan on keeping your car for a while. You'll never have to buy leads again. And from what i've heard the guy that makes up these leads in sydney has gone out of business, so they'll be harder to come by - $140 for the set.

AFM in working order. There's a K&N air filter in there. The airbox was repainted about 2 years ago with crinkle coat paint. Unfortunately i had just about run out of the stuff so it's only a light covering. $30 for the K&N filter, $10 for the AFM and airbox.

Turbo inlet pipe. It's just a piece of 2.5inch stainless steel pipe wrapped in heat tape with a silicone bend to join it to the turbo - $15

Cold air pipe. Stainless steel pipe with silicone bends - $20

Crinkle coated and detailed rocker cover. I also made up a little cage for the leads to pass through to avoid hitting the cam wheel - $50

TC05/06 hybrid turbo. Was rebuilt around 60 000 kms ago. It uses the TC05 turbine wheel with the TC06 compressor wheel. Is still in very good condition. No leaks at all. Banjo bolts and fittings will be included. Lug nut on compressor housing has been ground off. The boost on this turbo was set at 10psi, so that's what it's been doing day in, day out. Very minimal shaft play - $100

Exhaust manifold. No cracks on top. Will update tomorrow once it's off the car - $10

Dump pipe for TC turbos. Very good dump pipe, no sharp bends - $30

Alternator. Don't know how old but works perfectly - $30

That's it for now. All of these items will be off the car by end of tomorrow. If you would like to buy more than one thing we can work something out. I'm open to all reasonable offers. I will post pictures of a few more things later on. The intercooler piping is for sale but the intercooler isn't. The piping is 2inch stainless steel wrapped in heat reflective tape. I will measure the cooler so people know what size the piping will fit. I can also post a better pic of how mine was mounted if that helps anyone.
