This is my new ride, a white 1984 Mitsubishi Cordia 5 speed hatch. Runs a rebuilt 4G62T With 30/70 lumpy cam, lowered compression, aftermarket highflow turbo running @ 14PSI (16PSI on track), Intercooler with custom pipes, cai, blowoff valve, screamer pipe, under bonnet boost controller, brass button clutch, huge front cross slotted and drilled discs, rear vr4 disc brake conversion, titanium CV joints, lowered springs and shocks, pioneer 1950UB headunit, 2 clarion amps, pioneer 6x9's in doors (annoying lol) and 15 inch pioneer sub in enclosed box, sports steering wheel, monster tacho & boost gauge.. Probably missed a few things there but you get the picture. Faster than my tuned 200KW holden vn v8 calais i owned before and fuel economy is great compared to it when not on boost all the time... Oh n how much it cost now days for a rebuild, would it be cheaper for me to pull the engine out n get it rebuilt or jus hand them the car...... Building the cordia now because my vn Calais v8 jus got stolen n written off. Was pushin 220 atw, would be rapped if the cordia even came close to the thrill of me old Calais!
Trus t me mate i had 200FWKW with 3.7 diff gears more go than your usual calais and my cordia puts it to shame, you will love the car once setup properly :) as for mods came with the car when i bought it except for my 2 amps installed... picked it up for 850 bucks with a bit of rego left on it. runs better to now with a engine flush and fuel system clean... let us know how yours goes, got a link?
Very nice bro, how much it cost ya for the fmic piping, and where abouts did u get the drive shafts from n how much for? All in all a sweet ride, hope for mine to look nice n clean like urs once it's completed!
