hey guys just wondering if anyone has used nitrous on the standard 62 or seen a setup on a cordia
was wondering how a stock motor would go with a 50hp single fogger wet kit
i've been looking a something abit different to a twincam setup because im using my cordia for abit of a r&d
done the usual things full std rebuild, ported and polished head, 2.5" exhaust turbo to tip, boost controller, k&n air filter so far this setup has made 121kw at the wheels on 11.5psi
lately i've been stripping some weight out of it so far
A/C is all gone about 23kgs
Rear seats and belts about 20kgs
Spare tyre and jack about 15kgs
still abit more to come out aiming for about 950kg dry weight fingers crossed
anyway hope to hear some interesting responses

i wasn't thinking of it for the street more strip if i get the chance from what I've read on the product sites 50hp hit should be fine with a stock motor.
im also looking at a td05 upgrade but can't decide on weather i want to go for a 16g or 20g as im not looking for mass power as im only looking at running about 15psi max any suggestions would be great

I have seen nitrous set-ups before............just remember........If your going to do this you'll have to increase your rings gaps or you'll break them.
Be sure to purchase a "nitrous mastermind" system, this will save your engine in case something goes wrong with the system (either fuel or nitrous shutdown)
Personally I don't believe it's worth the effort..........get caught with a "live" nitrous bottle on the street you can kiss your car goodbye!
