Hi,
Just wanted to know if anyone has done the magna front brake conversion but used the evo 3 twin pot cailiper. If so did you run into any problems and how did you fix. As i have test fitted the Cailiper and the magna rotor is hitting the cailiper and not moving i just wanted to know if the actual evo 3 rotor will do the same thing?
Thank you
Hi thanx for that but i had a look on DBA and the Evo 3 and VR4 are exactly the same size looks like i have to purchase a rotor and see if it works.
I'm going to use Evo 3 front brake upgrade on my cordia. guys at mechanic shop said its the same as old school vr4 and they bolt straight up. mean stopping power then haha.

Vr4 and Evo callipers are pretty much the same, only difference being the brake line fittings. Vr4 bolts straight up and uses cordia lines whereas the Evo uses bango fittings.
They are a very worth while mod, especially for the price. Much more worth it than rear disk conversion.

Since they have Bango fittings can they still be modified to suit the Cordia quite happily?

You would be better off using the VR4 discs and calipers......It's a direct bolt on to a Magna hub..........not to mention the VR4 caliper is twin pot.
