The original bulb in my 27 year old,over 242,000km car ,blew in the front right bumper indicator.The lead bit at the base had worn away a bit,too.Gee, they made things to last then.

Anyway a tyre shop gave  me a 24 volt bulb.All the right hand side indicator bulbs would come on but not flash.Gavin ,my new mechanic asked me to check the bulb.A 12 volter was put in and the car is perfect.

I am going to recommend Gavin to people and customers at work.
