well that update failed! I just tried to incorporate Coppermine Photo Gallery into the website, but the database wouldn't take hold... something to do with cookies... hmm I am currently running an auto-cookies mod on the CordiaFREAKS forum but the Gallery was giving me grief... I'll have to do some more research! BOLD
OK... Tried again today...Everything is going well for the new gallery for our members files!
The new installation of Coppermine Gallery means that you can upload your photos and videos and view and stream them directly off the server! This means no waiting times for administrative action, and you will be able to broadcast yourself!!!
If you've used facilities like Youtube.com, this is a very similar concept!!!
The Coppermine has been bridged to the forum, so you will have immediate access to the new system... Please bare with me over the next few weeks as the designs will alter as time passes!
If you spot any problems with the new service, gimme a blast! :wink:

Well.... some good news guys!
The forum design update is now complete, so you won't be seeing it change again for quite a while, apart from the introduction of the new 'CordiaFREAKS' logo...
I'm currently working on getting the Coppermine Gallery looking and feeling the same as our forum, so then nobody gets confused... as it is VERY ugly at the moment! LOL
Hope I'm not annoying too many people with everything changing all the time...
Glenn (VR4DIA) has uploaded some photo's of his buildup in the new gallery, so now I know it's all working well, everyone can get busy and do their thing! hehe :P ...
Just got to make it look better now, I'm gonna clear some of those thumbnails on there aswell, makes it look kinda messy I think!!!
Keep on coming back guys, 2007 is gonna be a big year for the club! :D

Hey everyone... this is an update for the work being carried out on the website to date, I've completed the front page, except for the car photo (needs remasking)...
The Forum design is complete (to my knowledge)...
The Gallery is almost complete (just need to alter some text colours)...
The Disclaimer page will be re-done soon, aswell as the Chatroom!
Everything is working perfectly at the moment!

Entire website colour scheme altered to the new RED style!
The Gallery is almost complete (just a slight hiccup on the template, but working well)...
Chatroom still using old style to date, will be upgraded soon...

After our big crash last month, I've got everything back in order now!
Today my mission is to resurrect the 'Quick Reply' function! :D

Very funny.
I've created a new forum today, called "Cruises & Club Events" the purpose of this forum is for "Information regarding club meetings & events, even arrange a cruise in your area!"...
As a result of this recent addition, some forum positions have been rearranged...
I hope everyone finds the new forum necessary and helpful!

NEW UPDATES.... 19/06/2007
- Return HOME link (beside top logo) displayed.
- When uploading new files to the members gallery, the last album you uploaded to will be auto selected.
- Admin now has access to all users albums, can create users albums, and can also upload files to those albums.
- SPAMBOT Textual Confirmation question to prove new users are not a spambot. An incorrect answer will decline registration.
I'm currently looking into setting up a 'Login Form' on the CF homepage...
