I have decided,bugger the expense,I will go to the 4's and Rotary Nats in Auckland Saturday the 29th.
The gates open at 9.00am.

Actually,
Is there anything I should do to check the car over for damage having driven it thru water?
Someone said maybe my clutch could get damaged?

I've heard of that happening before.
One of my mates drove his car through deep water and the clutch started playing up... but it came right after a bit of pumping it and
casual driving.
I'd say unless your noticing anything strange i wouldn't worry about it too much.

Well,
The road was under water in two places on the way to Auckland.Other cars were making it so I followed.I hope I don't have to do that to the Cordia again too soon.
The show was excellent.But I realise now I am more a Elegance de concours person.They like you to keep the car fitted with a standard motor.I will go to that show next year.
State Highway 16 was the only way home.It took four hours instead of the usual two.
Did anyone else get affected by the rain?
