1. Remove the heat protectors
2. Disconnect the oil return pipe from the pan.
3. Remove the oil pipe from the turbo and the oil filter bracket.
4. Remove the air intake pipe connecting bolt.
5. Disconnect the remaining hoses and electrical connectors from the turbo.
6. Remove the turbo mounting nuts and remove the turbo assembly gear from the exhaust manifold.
7. Pour clean engine oil into the turbo.
8. Installation is the reverse of removal. Be sure to use a new gasket.
